I am hani 34 years old, I did my thyroid test before 6 months it's T3-1.03 T4 7.1 TSH 14. 67 I have been taking medicine 62.5 My last report was T3 free -7.09 T4 free-2.09 TSH 0.014. What should I do.

Hello, Thanks for the query. TSH 0.014 mU/L is fairly low. It suggests that the current dosage of Thyroxine is more than required. So you may have to reduce it by at least 12.5 to 25 mcg per day. Then check TSH after 6 weeks. It should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L Thanks.
