My Tpo antibody is 13000. Is it something to worry about? My tsh level is 3.14 and currently having thyronorm of 37. 5 mg.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Presence of Anti TPO antibodies indicates you have an autoimmune condition (Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, HT). This also leads to hypothyroidism. There is no separate treatment for it. Your presnt TSH level is showing there is good control. Thanks.
