What should be the post prandial blood sugar level (PPBS) for a normal person without diabetes? Should it be less than 100 or 140? For a normal healthy individual does the PPBS is always less than 100 (70 to 100) 2 hrs after meal? I have type 2 diabetes and I try to keep it less than 140 after meal (PP) but should I target less than 100 two hrs after meal?
