I am 58 year and diagnose high BP problem in 2015 treatment is going on and BP in now 142 but initially in 2016 and 17 BP level increase to 180 and 190 but in 2018 its rage to 140 to 150. I am taking telma H 40 MG AND METROPLOL 25 MG and thyroxine 100 mg. Please suggest is hopecard h 5/12.5 and telma h 40 is same medicine and can I take hopecard h instead of telma h.

They are not same but somewhat similar. You can change to hopecard h if your Dr. agrees.
