I have got a pain in my iliac fossa portion of abdomen for last 8 months which was diagnosed with enlargement of prostate how do I relieve it?

It's unusual to have prostatomegaly in such an early age, Please Go through S.PSA test, Urine-Routine and microscopic examination, and of course take a second opinion from radiologist (Ultrasonography Of whole abdomen focus on lower abdomen and for post voidal residual. You do not mentioned the side of iliac fossa, also mention if there is any specific point of tenderness if pain is in right iliac fossa.
