Measure BP only once every month on fixed date after resting for ten minutes. Take second BP measurement after 3 minutes of more rest if first BP is above 140. Do not measure your BP at any other occasion. Monthly resting systolic BP should be less than 140. If you take this care of your BP you are doing BP care correctly, if you follow any other method of BP care, you need counseling and guidance by an intelligent and sincere Dr.
