My TSH was fluctuating from 9 IU/ml to 1.2 to 5 IU/ml in 3 days. I was taking 100 mcg of uterus till then .I am pregnant by only 1 week now and doctor told me that TSH should be below 2 and So I increased to 250 mcg. Also doctor suggested not to eat carbohydrates as my e2 levels as high and having ohss symptoms. Can you please suggest what kind of veg protein diet I should be having. Can I have all type of millets with my condition?
