I am 42 years woman have bulky globally distorted uterus due to multiple fibroid distorted endometrium elongated cervix can I conceive.

Hi In cases like yours I would like you to undergo fibroid mapping and accordingly decide on fibroid removal or supression by tablets and then removal depending upon the size location. Thereafter 3-4 months a hysteroscopy to see if the cavity has become better, endometrium is not bulging anywhere followed by IVF with Donor eggs. The chances of pregnancy would depend on how good the uterine size is restored. They are low but it is not impossible.
