I gave up drinking and smoking. So I am suffering with sleeplessness. So doctor recommended trikka 0.5,zinetac in the night for two months .I am afraid that will I addict to these medicines forever?

There are various methods to have sound sleep naturally. Try it stick to your sleep schedule. Off the lights and your all gadgets at 10 pm. Make environment peaceful talk sometimes with your wife before sleeping (just a casual talk and rub her hands) include more physical activities in your daily routine. You have to tired in night. (this is very much important) Don't go to bed hungry or stuffed, have a light meal compulsorily in night. Wake up early in morning so you can sleep at time in coming night.
