21 year female, back pain since a week. No other symptoms Family history - father has had a lot of issues with back pain which involved bed rest and medications. Past history- had a sharp stabbing pain in feb 1st week 2018. Took zerodol and omez and was okay the next day. Hopi - took zerodol th4 again bd for 3 days. Did a few back exercises. Pain has reduced significantly but still can feel it. Lower back around lumbar region. Sedentary lifestyle, no significant stress, no addictions, no prev operations, no medications, bladder bowel sleep appetite all normal.

Seems acute lumbago Nothing serious Continue same medications for at least a week to break the pain cycle completely. Have postural training Core strengthening exercises.

Hello Friend, Thanks for reach out here for help. Body pain with unknown causes could be due to lack of lubrication, intake of dry/raw foods and few lifestyle disorder.
