I don?t usually nap in the afternoon. But when I do, I always wake up after a horrible, scary dream. And it takes me a few seconds to tell whether it?s day or night. This has been the pattern for 2 years. Sometimes I have the same dream for a few consecutive times, sometimes different, but they are all similar in content, and when I wake up I?m usually scared and sad for a few minutes. I don?t eat much junk or fatty food and usually keep fit. I am a 28 year old woman. What could this be?
