Hi, I have multiple 6-7 gallstones 4-8 mm and a poly 5 mm identified since 7 years ,no symptoms so far, but my job on ship demands no stones to be seen during ultrasound scan, i don't want to lose an organ which is harmless, please suggest alternatives. Any idea about hospitals performing lithotripsy for stones inside gallbladder, I am aware of recurrence issue, but I can manage with a balanced diet as I am now, and within few years planning for a shore job.
