I am 22 years old female, I suffer from anxiety and depression and lately it has started getting really bad, im to ashamed to tell anyone. Im one of those people that keep everything inside and just get over I have completely isolated myself and feel alone. What can II do? I need to talk, and I have no one to talk.

You should try to identify main cause of your disturbed behaviour and negative thoughts towards yourself. You feel isolated and no one is there to talk it just your negative thoughts.
