Along with medicines ,i would suggest you to go for counselling as well. Please consult any professional as soon as possible, if you need my help you can contact me online also. In the meanwhile try to focus on these things. Don't take so much burden you are just focussing on these negative side of yourself. And trying to get rid of negativity from these so quickly as much quickly you want to get rid of this it is affecting you in more intense way .focus on yourself. Change in your approach towards life .it will take some time but once you will understand it .you will start to live the real life and will feel its beauty. You are the only one who can change your condition, the power lies within you only, you need to focus on your positive side ,have you ever think of this the root of this problem ,your one problem is related to other and all this is forming chain of problems, the root is within yourself only so its you who can change this. As you decides where to go your legs moves in that direction in the same way you have to make your thoughts feelings such that your emotions be in your control, don't allow your emotions feelings so that they can control you ,make your feelings in your control. .In the mean while try few things. Make some good friends, join any hobby class, do yoga meditation, write your feelings on paper, give some time to yourself for some days slowly you will see the change.
