Diabetic 70 years old female on huminsulin (night) plus Glimisave max twice a day. Due to worsening diabetic control, is it safe to retain huminsulin but drop Glimisave in favor of Trajenta Duo and Diabecon DS? Can this help reduce huminsulin dosage? How should Trajenta Duo and Diabecon DS be taken?

Hello, Thanks for the query. Insulin is the best drug for treating diabetes. Usually in T2 DM it is used along with oral drugs. Shifting to some ayurvedic combination is not going to be any benefit at all. There are other options avilable like SCLT- 2 inhibitors, G: LP 1 analogues.
