Hello lybrate-user, Myocardial bridge is a problem only when it's very severe. A Good part about it is even in most severe form 90 % we can manage on medication. To know if its physiologically relevant, ideally try getting a Stress thallium, if not available onky a stress test is fine. Based on the result we can determine the treatment. If normal at certain level of activity (10 Mets) at your age, Generally no treatment for is required.
