I am suffering from Anxiety from last two weeks and this makes me to overthink very much which often increases my blood pressure. The only thing which happens to me I overthink about all and this puts a lot of stress on me. Please help me.

Hello lybrate-user 1.First of all I want you have to find sometime for yourself 2.Figure out the cause of it and discuss on private, consultation with psychologist would help you. 3.Daily Take ashwagandha powder. 4.Strictly do yoga or meditation daily so it will help you to reduce anxiety.
