I have got blood test report of calcium ,tsh, uric acid, vit d3, vit b12, ESR,HB, all are normal. I have also got hla b27 and ra factor test both are negative. Please suggest me best treatment.

You need good physiotherapy for back extensor and abdominal core strengthening. No use of traction or rest. Reduce weight. Do regular walks. Avoid sitting continuously for long time. Still not better then meet good spine consultant at your locality.
