I have done Thyroid function test. Present values are. TSH value: 0.7 uIU/ml (0.25-5.0uIU/ml) FT4 value: 20.9 pmol/L (9-20 pmol/L) I as per the Doctors instruction I have been consuming 70 mcg thyroxine Sodium Tablets for last 3 months. Previous Result (3 months before taken result) is given below for your reference. FT4: 15.5 pmol/L (9-20 pmol/L) FT3: 4.5 pmol/L (3.3-8.0 pmol/L) TSH: 48.06 uIU/ml (0.3-5.5) Whether I need to continue 70 mcg thyroxine Sodium Tablet.

Hello, Thanks for the query. TSH level (0.7 mU/L) is within the given limit, but a bit on the lower side. If you are free from all the symptoms of hypothyroidism, then it is fine. No need to change the dose. If you have any doubts please come back. Thanks.
