Hi. My grandma age is 63. Recently she felt fainting and when checked her bp was 160/90. She uses bp tablets from long. Doctor now suggested her angicam beta tablet. Is it right treatment for her. Please do also suggest ways to control bp at her age and also regarding medicines. Thank you in advance.

Hi, As per your explanation BP remain bit higher in older age. Angicam beta tablet is good for her it acts like calcium channel blockers that improves blood flow. For better results with this medicine you need to manage proper diet. Cut down salt intake, take fresh vegetables, with low-fat diary products. If she is comfortable to walk then walk for 10 minutes.
