Yes, it is good if you like the taste ! Keep changing the food items ( fruits and vegetables ) every day if possible and get the benefit from the nutrients in them. Eat everything in moderation ( know more about balanced diet ). A diabetic patient can eat anything if he knows the art of eating ! ) Learn about healthy and balanced diet and eat according to your body needs ( maintain the calorie count so that you do not overeat or eat more of any one particular food item ). Integrate it with daily exercise ( yoga can be adapted as a way of life ). For more details you can consult me in private.
