I have been exercising for past 19 years and managed to keep myself fit, but since last year I have been experiencing knee pain which is hindering my workout. I hav been diagnosed with degenerating knees for which I am undergoing treatment. I am 42. Doctor has prescribed OPOA sachet. Once a day for 3 months. It has been almost 3 months though the pain has subsided, not completely but I feel stiffness in my joints. I feel frustrated because I am unable to do my workout and gaining weights. Please help.
