I got checked my thyroid panel and my ft3 is 7.76 pmol/L and ft4 is 27.40 pmol/L and tsh is 0.02 mIU/L and the result is hypothyroidism But 4 months ago total t3 was 0.21 ng/ml, total t4 was 1.20 ug/dl and tsh was 154.23 uIU/mL which is a hypothyroidism. Is that possible?

The report total t3 was 0.21 ng/ml, total t4 was 1.20 ug/dl and tsh was 154.23 uIU/mL is hypothyroidism. And now it is corrected and may be you can reduce the dose as the report looks like over corrected and need to discuss the details.
