Hi! I am having Low back pain since 2-3 months. I got one test done HLA 3 B27 PCR which is positive I do not have any family history of arthritis or similar disease. My ECR and CPR blood test are nomal x ray for Spine LT also. Xray reports says features suggestive of muscular spasm. Pls advise what problem causing low back pain.
