Sir I am high fever n my eyes, ankle and palm are burning. Its since last 4 days whenever I am taking medicine, mine fever comes down and again in night it comes back n in night I am having high fever alon with shivering n cold. Acidity iss too present. I have taken 2 tables of combiflam n 2 of paracetamol alon with 1 tablet of acidity.
