My psychiatrist is on a vacation. I'm taking 50 mg sertraline after breakfast and one 0.5 clonotril at night. But since almost a month after taking sertraline after breakfast, I start feeling anxiety in chest and a little panicky and lethargic. So I started tapering it without telling my psychiatrist. Because whenever I used to tell him about this sertraline issue, he never said anything on that, he completely ignores it. Today I didn't take sertraline and I'm feeling perfectly alright. So I just wanted to know that will I get withdrawal symptoms? But today after not taking it I'm feeling better. Just wanted to know your view. Thanks.
