Hi, My father is a type II diabetic. He has got a bruise on his right shin. It is not healing. We have used nebasulf powder but in vain. What can we do. It has been almost a month. He complains of no pain there.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Usually if bloood glucose is well controlled (fasting glucose < 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% <6.8 or 7), wounds heal fairly rapidly. Apllying nebasulf powder is not really a good option. It is better to consult a local doctor, get the wound cleaned, all debris removed and if necessary use some good suitable antibiotic based on the doctor's advice. Thanks.
