Dear lybrate-user, Trazine H is an old antipsychotic used before 1998. Since it had irreversible side effects of tardive dyskinesia, second generation antipsychotics were developed. Example Risperidone, olanzapine etc. It looks as though you have never consulted the psychiatrist for many years. Better to consult one now so that you will be assessed for the benefit and side effects. The doctor may decide to continue Trazine H or shift to next generation drugs depending on the assessment.
