Hi, After cleaning the face, if I spit then saliva is of reddish yellow colour. Or if I hold my saliva for a long time and then I spit say for example while I wake up in the morning and spit my saliva then also that happens. Can you please tell me why is it happening? Is this a serious problem? And any remedies or treatment?

Reddish yellow saliva might be due to blood from your gums. You have to observe whether your gums bleed during brushing or eating. If it is so then you should visit a dentist for cleaning and scaling of your teeth and gums. If your gums are healthy then their must be some other cause of your reddish yellow saliva. For that you have to consult a physician first.

Not probably a serious problem. It can be either due to calculus and stains present on your teeth which might be in need of Complete cleaning (scaling) and polishing or it can be due exposure of tooth in oral environment which might bleed sometimes and can be fixed by doing RCT and Capping.
