Hello, Thanks for the query. This appears to be peripheral neuropathy due to longstanding diabetes that she has. Whether blood glucose is very well controlled or not, nephropathy does develop. Please let me know exact fasting, PP glucose levels and HbA1c%, because I am not sure what is the definition of "normal" Ideally well controlled diabetes should have Fasting glucose < 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. Another important aspect is her excess weight with a BMI of 37.08 kgs/Sq meter (normal < 23 kgs/Sq meter) she has an excess of 34 kgs. This is a major hinderance for controlling all the symptoms. Thanks.
