I am 48 years old I am having a knee pain problem. It has been a long time when my knee was filled with water and was pumped out from injections. After that I had my treatment for about 9 months but after 3 years means now it has started again. So now what shall I do.

There could be various reasons for someone to develop swelling of the knee. It could because of trauma, infection, inflammation etc. Since I'm not sure what was the cause in your case it's better to see an orthopedician or a rheumatologist in person. They can get a full history, perform an examination and advise appropriate testing to come up a reason for your knee swelling and recommend appropriate treatment.
