Sir I am suffering from past two years mucus in throat and started medication of acid reflux as doctor thought it can be due to acid reflux Finally I got relief but still mucus is being produced in morning thick and need to drink more water to take out. My main issue now a days that I am having always chest pain and fussiness and head as well as shocking pain in neck and head for just a second on and off shock. Did many test related to heart one thing detected tychardia so doctor recommended diltiazem 60 twice daily shifted from 10 months on that if trying to stop medication getting more palpitations and raise in blood pressure. Specially pulse rate is being very almost 50 bpm as while resting 90 standing 140. But with medication is control. So please suggest me to whom I have to consult Pain and muscle twitching alloverbody and sometimes is related to neurological.
