I have a really bad social anxiety. I even used to suffer from panic attacks. It has been 2-3 years since my last panic attack but now when I'm at social events or classroom or anywhere near a bunch of people I get nervous and paranoid. Sometimes this nervousness leads to anxiety attacks. On addition to this, I have a really low self-esteem which fuels to my depression and anxiety and makes me wanna isolate myself.
