I am used to wearing shoes every time. I don't own chappals. Now I have been using new pair of formal shoes since a week. But my heels have started hurting and pain has extended to my back. I am a pharmacist and my work demands major time standing. What can be done?

This problem has come due to Changing the shoes. U have to firstly wear Sports shoe of good quality like Relaxo Sparx, Reebok, Puma, Power (Bata), brands. Physiotherapy: Ice therapy as follows, Take 15 pieces ice from fridge in bowl + add little water. Sit chair, & dip your heel into it for 1-2 mnts, 5-6 times. To be done twice daily. Ultrasonic Therapy & Contrast bath for 12-15 days will provide complete relief. Take more rest for the back & Hot packs 4-5 days. All this wd a good Physiotherapist. Use soft insoles inside the sports shoes for a month.
