Hi I am 29 years old, Having BP problem from last 5 years. I am taking regular medicine named As telma 40. But still my BP is 157/100. Could you please suggest me what can I do to reduce BP. I have also problem of kidney stone.

For your kidney stone pls drink plenty of fluid daily around 4-5litres. And you can take syp k-cut 15 ml thrice daily in a glass of water for 2-3 months. For blood pressure as it is high on drugs also you need close monitoring with your doctor. You need to tell him that it is not getting controlled with theses medicine either change or add some medication.
