Hi, I am 37 male with no family history of heart disease. Got my lipids checked last week with TC 254, HDL 39, LDL 176, VLDL 38.6, trig 193. I am advised Rozucor 10 mg for 3 months with lifestyle changes. My question is 1) with these lipid levels is it must to go for medication 2) Will I be dependent on them for life 3) anything else I can do which has no side effects and helpful in getting the lipids to normal Thanks.
