My regular cycle is on 5th to 7th of every month. I had mild spotting on 27,28,29 of September. I doubted for pregnancy and hence I did the home test which turned out negative. I again did the test on 5th of this month when my period was due. It again turned out negative. I had severe cramping yesterday (5-October) without any blood discharge which vanished in the eveng. What does this mean? Am I pregnant? Or is there any other problem?

Pregnancy test should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that it can give false negative or false positive test.
