Hi, I want to ask that I have a problem that I become very hyper in a short amount of time. If like somebody hit his car to mine I become very angry and hyper I want to just beat him although it is not something that I should be so angry upon I becomes so hyper that I just begins to shout in my car on the person sitting next to me and I starts to breath very fast and my blood pressure also rises and I come into depression beside this another problem starts at the same time is that I starts to worry that if I say anything to him and he is powerful person or gangster he can harm me so I go into sudden depression so it becomes very difficult for me to handle these two opposite situation I also starts to feel nauseas and sometimes I am suddenly so anxious that I am unable to speak. This also happens when I am giving my exams recently I have given them and when I reach my examination room I starts to tremble and shake and I can't speak I feels like vomiting my class fellows also ask me what is happening with me. It happens every time with me when I am in these type of condition. Please tell me why this happens I am also a OCD patient.
