Hi, I'm a student right now and I have a problem, that I know I am better than others but my mind still says to me that I'm not. I think about what others are doing, even if my classmate has done a question which I could not, I get tensionized instead of thinking that now I know how to do that question. I just don't think about what I'm doing? And also my headaches. Please help me.

Hello Lybrate user I can understand the concern you are going through. It is advisable that you try and practice meditation on a regular basis as it can help calm the mind and make you more relaxed during stressful situations. Try and engage yourself in activities which are enjoyable in nature. Go for regular walks and exercise to keep your mind active and healthy. Try and maintain a diary in which you mention three positive events that happen during the day. It is suggested that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for an in-depth case history and formulation of a treatment plan which will be beneficial.
