Sir I live in kota rajasthan. Now I am facing excess hair loss. Some says it is due the fluorine content in water. But I do not know the exact meaning. So please suggest me about it. Some are saying taking calcium tablet may prevent hair fall. So can I take calcium tablet. Pls suggest me about that and also other way to prevent hair fall. Thank you.
