Hi, My age is 40+ female and I am a housewife and have two kids aged 12 and 10 and I do not have any medical issue till now. However from last three months I am having pain in my left hand specifically in the elbow and upper hand region. I think it is mainly because of lifting heavy household grocery bags almost every alternate days. Now from one week the pain has become unbearable and also I am finding difficult to move my left hand. Kindly suggest what could be the reason and medicines to treat the same. I stay in Navi Mumbai.
