Sir, I have back pain in the centre and low back pain since one year. Now I have tingling in my right leg which make me so uncomfortable. I take MRI which shows that Diffuse disc bulge in L4-L5, L5-S1 without nerve root compression. The doctor neurosurgeon advice me it was nothing. But my body feel uncomfortable. So what type of diagnosis it is, which doctor should I consult? Please help.
