How to over come the emotions. I am very emotional if some bad things happen to anyone either to myself or to my relatives, I think too much and depressed very much. So please give me the tips to over come this.

You need to express your emotions all the time. The only problem a lot of people have is that they do not express it appropriately. There are four fundamental feelings: sad, scare, anger and happiness. They are all important and can be experienced for different reasons. Whenever you feel an emotion you must learn to express them as soon as possible. I suggest you find a good counselor and teach you how to handle your feelings.
