I had a Fistula Surgery few days back. The wound is not healing as it should be as lot of puss is still coming out of it. I am doing regular dressing/cleaning with betadine and also warm water bath/soak. I am waiting for the puss culture report. I am worried that something is wrong. It is quite painful.
