I am 64 years old who has suffered 3 brain strokes and a mild heart attack when I was 48. I suffer from Plantar's Fascitis and knee pain which alternates between both knees. I have been through one month of Physiotherapy which only serves to give me temporary relief. Can you help me pls?

Hi, This is Dr Akshay from Fortis Hospital, New Delhi. As with your case not a lot of medicines can be given and since physiotherapy is not helping you much, i advise you to get intra-articular injections and then go for physical therapy. You can also send me your x rays so that i can see how bad your knees are and what will the best treatment for you. Thanks & Regards Dr Akshay akshaysaxena2004@yahoo.co.in
