I have been keep on counting my pulse rate which has caused me so much anxiety. Due to this I also got one panic attack. Generally how many times a week we should measure our pulse and if I don't see it I become afraid. How to come out of this naturally?

You are checking pulse rate because of your anxiety only, I am a doctor and I must have checked my pulse rate may be once a year, so do not keep on doing that and worsen your anxiety, consult a psychiatrist and get it treated. All the best.
