I am 28 years old Female, I have too acute pain in my TM Joint specially right side. It is radiating towards my ears causing earache sound Sensitivity and facial pain. I am taking Myospas Forte 3 tablets (I have tried enzoflam, myofree, Flex Mr. earlier) and Physiotherapy is going on. Splints are not suiting me. What should I do?

Steer clear of sticky or chewy food. Avoid chewing gum. Eating soft foods and avoiding chewing gum 2. Massage or gentle self-stretching of the jaw and neck muscles 3. Relaxation techniques and stress management and reduction 4. Heat or cold. Applying warm, moist heat or ice to the side of your face may help alleviate pain.
