I am 48 years old male, intake normal food-vegetarian, less oily food, a cup milk with a quarter spoon Ghee at night, smoker, physical status, height -170 cm, weight-82Kg, walk 1 hours daily at evening, sitting job. Used to take a course of antioxidants every three months. One year before cholesterol status is normal, No other complications, including stress, anxiety, depression, or anger. But now a days I lose my stamina. Consequences I feel Hyperventilation just after a five minutes of physical exercise. Would you please suggest
