Hi. Metosartan is a combination of Telmisartan and metoprolol. Nebicard is a medicine which belong to same drug class as metoprolol. Taking both is not suggested. So you should not start nebicard and continue with Metosartan in the morning and Telmisartan in evening. Thanks
