Hello doctor My ecg says probable left atrial enlargement left ventricular hypertrophy RSR in V1or V2 right VCD or RVH My echo sayssclerotic aortic valve trivial mitral regurgitation trivial tricuspid regurgitation (PASP-35mmHg) no regional wall motion abnormality normal left ventricular systolic function (LVEF-65 percent) reduced diastolic compliance My treadmill report says negative at moderate workload Please tell me whether I have a serious heart problem.

Hi, This report is normal. RSR pattern suggests Right bundle branch block which is normally present in 80% peoples in presence of a normal heart. Rest others are just age related changes and nothing to be worried about at present. Thanks.
